EXPO City Centre is the new condo project coming to Vaughan! This isn’t your typical one, two or even three tower project…we’re talking about a massive five tower project that are 34 and 35 stories high. The condos will be built by XYZ ed Project Management and the Cortel Group. There is no set sales date but we expect sales to begin very soon. Occupancy is scheduled for some time in 2013.

Located at the intersection of Jane Street and Highway 7, 7 City Centre will eventually comprise five iconic highrise towers, set amidst a magnificently landscaped public concourse. This landmark development will offer direct access to the planned subway extension, through the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station. When it commences operations in 2015, it will offer a quick, seamless, direct and convenient route to downtown Toronto. 7 City Centre is the future of Vaughan, and a pace-setter for the entire York Region.

Amenities
When it comes to recreational amenities for its residents, 7 City Centre will be at the cutting edge of leisure, fitness and lifestyle. The state-of-the-art amenities centre offers refined nourishment for body, mind and spirit. The ultra-modern fitness centre is equipped with a variety of exercise, cardio and weight training machines and treadmills to keep you in peak physical shape. After your workout, cool off with a refreshing swim in the indoor pool. Relax in the whirlpool spa or the luxurious sauna, with its separate men’s and women’s change rooms. Host a party on the landscaped terrace.
Enjoy a game of bridge or poker in the card room, or play a round of snooker in the billiards room. Watch the latest blockbuster in the media room/entertainment centre, or catch up on your reading in the library. It’s all here, right at home at 7 City Centre.
Transportation
The idea of having retail and commercial facilities within the community is not only to provide convenience for the residents, but also to minimize the need to drive to the corner store. By integrating local transit routes and the subway terminus into the community, 7 City Centre will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote a greener, healthier environment.

In 2006, the Ontario provincial government approved approximately $2 billion in funding for the subway extension from Downsview to York University to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. When it commences operations in 2015, it will offer a quick, seamless, direct and convenient route to downtown Toronto.
Apart from this, 7 City Centre is efficiently served by a dense network of highways and bus transit routes. Highway 400 to the west, highways 407 and 401 to the south, and highway 7 all offer fast connections to all parts of the GTA. VIVA Transit and York Region Transit buses provide safe, reliable and frequent services within Vaughan and neighbouring areas.
