EXPO City Centre is the new condo project coming to Vaughan! This isn’t your typical one, two or even three tower project…we’re talking about a massive five tower project that are 34 and 35 stories high. The condos will be built by XYZ ed Project Management and the Cortel Group. There is no set sales date but we expect sales to begin very soon. Occupancy is scheduled for some time in 2013.

In 2006, the Ontario provincial government approved approximately $2 billion in funding for the subway extension from Downsview to York University to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. When it commences operations in 2015, it will offer a quick, seamless, direct and convenient route to downtown Toronto.
