Concord CityPlace, spanning 44 acres is the largest in the history of Toronto. Concord CityPlace in downtown Toronto is located on the former railways lands south of Front Street to Lakeshore Blvd. and between the Rogers Center on the east side of Spadina Avenue and Bathurst Street. The $2 billion Concord CityPlace Toronto development promises to be a master planned community. When completed it will offer not only unobstructed lake views, but also provide many walking trails, bike paths, green spaces and parks.
